StayInVolos in 6 simple steps…
Step 1: Register your personal data
We mainly need your name, Hosting Organization or University in Volos and your email address. This info is kept safe and is used by our team to communicate with you and give you information regarding your stay in Volos.
Step 2: Search for apartments & reserve room
You can have full access to our housing list, search for apartments and proceed to a reservation. At this point, you can bombard us via email with any questions or concerns you may have, in order to make the best housing choice for your case
Step 3: Confirm your reservation
You reserved a room but you are still not 100% sure for your choice? No worries, we will give you one week time to think about it and finalize your reservation. You can still bombard us via email with any questions or concerns you may have, in order to make the best housing choice for your case
Step 4: Read the housing contract & proceed to the first payment
Now that you are sure for your choice, you can proceed to the first payment. We will also send you via email your housing contract, in order to read it thoroughly and discuss any questions you may have. Remember that we will both sign it the day of your arrival.
Step 5: Inform us about your arrival date
Once you reserve your airplane tickets, please inform us about your exact arrival date and time. We will then send you detailed instructions on how to reach our office from the airport and arrange your reception appointment.
Step 6: Arrival in Volos
Hurray! Welcome to Volos! You have already received the contact information of our team member with whom you will meet the day of your arrival 😉 In case any delay or any problem arises you can always call our team member or send us an email at stayinvolos@gmail.com in order to inform us!
