With everything the city has to offer just a few minutes away, you’ll be able to walk to the waterfront, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport, making everyday life easy and enjoyable.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, offering a welcoming space where you can study, relax, and feel at home from the moment you arrive. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area,  Wi-Fi, washing machine, and air conditioning units that provide both heating and cooling throughout the year.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, making it ideal for friends who want to share while enjoying their own private space. One bedroom includes a double bed and is available for €420 per month, while the second bedroom has a single bed and is available for €370 per month.

Bills included: WiFi, electricity, water (within reasonable limits, 220 kwh for electricity and 10 euros per person for water)

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors:  Allowed but you should receive the consent of your roommates and inform our team too

Parties: Not allowed in any apartment

Possibility to visit the property before booking: If there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches the apartments are reserved quite fast. So, you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
